The culprit isn’t a bad product, or raw intelligence. It’s overzealous governance.
Microsoft’s hyper-cautious, enterprise-first “Responsible AI” approach has created a judgmental, clunky, overzealous assistant that repels the very humans it’s supposed to help.

1. Extremely low adoption and “no one uses it” reality
